Website Design.

Expertly Handled.

For teams that don't have time for another project.

Websites on desktop, laptop, and phone screens.

The Typical

Website Lifecycle

Diagram showing a website lifecycle. A cycle of: build, launch, updates needed, outdated, broken, and project chaos.

Most companies know when their website needs work.

They just keep putting it off.

Because they know what’s coming:

meetings

decisions

design debates

And after launch...

someone still has to manage the website.

So the project gets delayed for years.

Even when websites are rebuilt, they often fail later because nobody owns them.

They slowly drift out of date.

Bonfire solves both problems.

We build the website.

And manage it for you after.

✓ Clear scope and pricing from the start

✓ Decisive guidance, not endless options

✓ A structured process that keeps moving

✓ Ongoing care so your site stays current

Common Questions

  • What do you need from us to get started?

To get started you'll fill out our structured intake form. This helps us understand your organization, your goals for the website, and any constraints we should know about.

From there, we’ll ask for a few key materials if you have them — things like your logo, brand guidelines, existing content, or examples of websites you like.

After that, we take it from there.

Our goal is to gather the right information upfront so the project can move forward without turning into a long series of internal meetings on your side.

  • Can you work with our internal marketing team?

    Absolutely.

Some of our clients have internal marketing teams, and we work alongside them. In that case the marketing team may provide messaging guidance, review drafts or serve as the internal point of contact.

Our role is to handle the website itself — design, structure, build, launch and ongoing content updates — so your team doesn’t have to manage the project day to day.

  • How long does a project typically take?

Most website projects take between 6–10 weeks from kickoff to launch.

The exact timeline depends on the size of the site. Our process is designed to keep momentum moving so the project doesn’t stretch into months of back and forth.

Once we have what we need to begin, we move quickly and keep the work progressing.

  • How much do your maintenance and update plans cost?

Our ongoing care plans vary in price based on the size of the website. We'll provide a quote when we send over a proposal.

To request a quote please click the Get Started button in the top right corner of this page.

  • What platform do you build on?

We build most websites on Duda, a modern platform designed for speed, security, and reliability.

It allows us to create fully custom websites while also ensuring the site remains easy to maintain over time.

For our clients, the most important part is that the platform stays stable and the website stays healthy.

  • Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes — and it’s an important part of our mission.

Many websites slowly fall out of date because no one is responsible for them after launch. We provide ongoing care so the website continues to stay current, secure, and functioning properly.

This includes maintenance, content updates, and support when changes are needed.

In other words, your website doesn’t become another internal responsibility your team has to manage.

  • Where is your team located?

Our entire team is located in the United States and works with clients across the country.

Our team operates remotely, which allows us to stay responsive and flexible while focusing on the work itself.

Most collaboration happens through scheduled calls, shared feedback, and structured project milestones so the process stays efficient.

  • Are the websites you build ADA compliant?

We build websites with accessibility best practices in mind.

That includes clear structure, readable typography, strong contrast, proper labeling, and other standards that improve accessibility for users with assistive technologies.

While no website can be guaranteed fully compliant in every situation, we design and build with accessibility as a priority so the site is usable by as many people as possible.
