  • What does a typical web design process involve?

    When you decide to hire our team and pay the invoice, we're ready to get started. At this point we've already met by phone or video conference to discuss your goals for your website and learn about your business.


    For the next step you'll fill out a form we send you to gather everything else we need...your logo and other important images, brand guidelines (if you have them), descriptions of your services or products and other important information about your business.


    Once we receive everything we need from you we'll create your website's homepage and you'll have a chance to review it and request two rounds of revisions. At this point, if you're not satisfied you can request your money back. No hard feelings.


    Once we have the look and feel established through the design of your homepage, our team can go ahead and create the rest of your website. You'll have two more rounds of revisions to get everything perfect. Then we launch the website for you at your domain name.


    The whole process takes about 3 weeks.



  • How long does it take to design and launch a website?

    At Bonfire Creative we'll have your new website ready to launch in just 3 weeks!

  • What is the cost of designing a website?

    When we started Bonfire Creative our founder knew she wanted to make web design pricing simpler. From here we created three web design packages that our clients choose from...a 1-page website for $750, a 4-page website for $1500 and an 8-page website for $3500.   • Do you provide hosting and domain registration services?

    Yes we do provide website hosting. And if you upgrade to an all-inclusive monthly updates package we'll give you a free domain name for the life of your time with us. Visit our pricing page for more details about our plans and prices.

  • Can you integrate e-commerce features into my website?

    If you need an online store now or in the future, we are here to help. Our team can create your ecommerce website on your domain name and so that it matches your brand identity.


    We'd love to help you get your products in front of more buyers by creating your online storefront!


    And btw, selling online doesn't mean you have to offer shipping - local customers can fill a digital shopping bag for convenient pickup at your brick and mortar storefront. This is a great way for your community to support local while enjoying the convenience of online shopping!

  • Will my website be mobile-friendly?

    You can bet it will! In this day and age, every website should be mobile-friendly. Here at Bonfire Creative all of our client's websites look great on smartphones, laptops, desktops and tablets! And you won't pay extra for a mobile-friendly website when you hire us.

  • Do you offer maintenance and support after the website is launched?

    Yes we do. In fact, we have all-inclusive maintenance and updates packages that ensure you never have an outdated website again. These maintenance packages include updates every month, a free domain name and a new website design every 3 years. Visit our web design pricing page to learn more.

  • Can you help with SEO (Search Engine Optimization)?

    We will absolutely help your business with SEO.  In fact, every web design package that we sell includes search engine optimization by default. We believe that a website is not complete unless it has been optimized for search. Getting found online is a primary reason for creating a website in the first place!

  • What platform do you use for website design? Why did you choose it?

    Most of the websites we build at Bonfire Creative are created using the Duda website builder.


    We also build websites using Wordpress. But for most projects we recommend Duda over Wordpress because Duda is more cost-effective, more secure and easier for our clients to use if they wish to update their own website in the future.

  • Can you provide examples of websites you've designed?
